Marketing Campaign Manager for creating and tracking both fax,
letter and e-mail campaigns; Opportunity Manager for handling those
long-term projects from inception to completion and an Order Desk to
keep up-to-date on your order intake. All the power of the previous
versions is there and more.
The eCRM version is totally web based and allows access any time and
anywhere for all the users. In addition, customers can access
their records to update them and buy on line. Your partners
can interact with your database as well, giving feedback on how
leads are progressing.
MaxMobile including the Wireless Server means that cellphone users
can access Maximizer any time and any where, creating a truly mobile
workforce.
Maximizer Pro and Maximizer Enterprise
These are the versions for medium and large companies, moving
Maximizer into the enterprise platform. Using any of the three
fully functional packages with Knowledge Sync Server means that
powerful integration possibilities are opened up for integration
with a wide number of ERP solutions. |
